Pet Policy
Bayview Apartments is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per month per pet. A refundable $500 deposit is also required for each pet. There are no weight limits for dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
